• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken within products, and timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device identifiers collected automatically.
• Content data: Any content you create, upload, or submit through our tools (quiz questions, feedback entries, changelog updates, etc.).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our services.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Send transactional emails such as account confirmations and notifications.
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We also use first-party analytics cookies (via Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate usage patterns. We use a limited set of trusted third-party services:

• Google OAuth / GitHub OAuth: Used for authentication. We only receive your name, email, and profile picture. We do not access your Google Drive, GitHub repositories, or other data.
• Database hosting: Your data is stored on encrypted servers in the EU/US. Providers are contractually obligated to keep your data confidential.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data.
• Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
