1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any BuilderHub product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use BuilderHub.

2. Description of Services

BuilderHub provides a suite of SaaS products, including LaunchKit (waitlist and changelog), Quizblend (interactive quizzes), Nudgie (feedback widgets), and Beacon (status pages). Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts by automated means.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BuilderHub services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Collect or harvest user data without consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BuilderHub services — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of BuilderHub and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using our services. By submitting content, you grant BuilderHub a limited, non-exclusive license to host and display that content solely as needed to provide the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuilderHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify registered users by email for material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
